ONESOCIAL 1:1 Support
 

What are 1:1 Supports?

1:1 Supports are individualised services where a support worker works only with you. This means the support is tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences, rather than being delivered in a group setting.

You can use our 1:1 Supports to build skills, increase your independence, participate in activities, and achieve your NDIS goals. 

Examples of Available Supports

Daily Life and Independence

  • Personal care (dressing, grooming, morning/evening routines)

  • Meal planning and cooking

  • Household tasks and organisation

  • Shopping, budgeting, or managing bills

  • Building mental health routines

Community and Social Activities

  • Going to appointments, classes, or events

  • Joining social or recreational activities

  • Exploring hobbies or interests

  • Travel training and public transport support

  • Exercise or physical activity support

Skill Building and Goal-Setting

  • Learning life skills (cooking, cleaning, routines)

  • Practising communication or self-advocacy

  • Working towards goals in your NDIS plan

  • Getting support for camps, trips, or new experiences

How to Use 1:1 Supports in Your NDIS Plan

  • Funded under Core – Assistance with Daily Life or Community Participation or Capacity Building in your NDIS plan

  • Can be used anywhere your plan goals require support

​

  • Sessions can be hourly, daily, or for specific events

​

  • Support workers can cater to you and help track your progress for future plan reviews
