About the event
Life-Saving Victoria's Education Programs create ‘Everyday Lifesavers’ out of Victorian students, by teaching them practical and engaging water safety, lifesaving and emergency response skills. These skills empower students to make safe aquatic-related decisions while enjoying their local waterways.
Program activities include:
- Nipper Boards
- Soccer
- Survival Strategies (life jackets)
- Rescue Strategies
- Boogie Boards
- Beach Flags
The beach program will be tailored to suit participants with all swimming abilities. The program will be run and supervised by multiple qualified Life-Saving Victoria staff.
What to bring on the day:
- Bathers
- Wetsuit (optional)
- Towel
- Hat
- Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
- Googles (optional)
- Plastic bag to put wet clothes into
- Sunglasses
Lunch will be provided on the day.
