🚖 Important Travel Information:

• Transportation: Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport. However, for those needing assistance, We can provide transport at an additional cost then the quote listed below.
• Travel Insurance: Participants of this activity are required to pay and take out their own personal travel insurance as a condition of participation in this trip, if the participant refuses to take Travel insurance this must be made in writing and sent to Onesocial.
• Flight Considerations: Please note that missing your flight may result in you missing out on the trip, so ensure timely arrival to avoid any inconveniences, it's crucial to plan your journey carefully and arrive at the airport in a timely manner. You will be expected to arrive approximately 150 minutes prior to your flight. An appropriate arrival time will be provided prior to the trip.

We recommend that you pack all essential medication in your carry-on baggage, or at least enough to last one week, so that you can access it if you are unexpectedly separated from your checked baggage at any point in your travels. Medication should have a professionally printed label that identifies the medication, or a manufacturer’s name or pharmaceutical label. Security or customs officers may request proof of the need for medication. We recommend bringing a doctor's note just in case.
